You are probably reading this because you are more or less not sure on how to develop your career in programming.

I started coding when I was 13, about three years ago.

To be honest, I had a tough time figuring out what programming language I should learn first and trust me, it was a bummer and that’s when I came across this…..

Droidscript image
DroidScript | IDE for Javascript

DONT GET ME WRONG!!!! I am not saying you should go and download DroidScript from the Android Play Store because it might get you more confused as it did me for a while. I am just trying to tell you what I learned from DroidScript.

DroidScript is not a programming language it is more of a framework (A framework is basically what you would use to make more advanced applications). DroidScript uses JavaScript as its programming language.

What I learned was that Web Design is more of a beginner-friendly aspect of programming, It is the easiest aspect of programming.

By Web Design I mean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

These are by far the easiest ways to start up with programming especially if you are trying to make some quick bucks 🤑🤑.

Just make a website here do some designing there and you begin to understand the concept of what programming is about (at least that is how I did it). You start having those “AAAAGGH I’ve seen this before” moments.

In the end, everything still falls back to the web.

There are thousands of places and resources you can use to start with web design and that’s where this guy comes in:

SoloLearn Learn to Code

SoloLearn helped me understand a lot about coding as a whole mainly because their app is Interactive — you can code as you learn in the app. They have so many resources and good tutorials on a lot of programming languages and best of all they have a really good course on Web Design!

SoloLearn can be downloaded on both iOS and Android App Stores

When you are done learning Web Design you can use that knowledge to make MOBILE APPS…Interesting right?

And that is where DroidScript (as mentioned above if you scroll up a little) comes in, you can build apps with Javascript on its own; you can also build apps with the Web Design Languages you have learned.

DroidScript is only available on the Android App Store😭😭😭😭.

There are plenty of other places you can learn to code like codecademy.com and w3schools.com

But most importantly PRACTICE! PRACTICE!! PRACTICE!!! I CAN’T EXPRESS THIS WELL ENOUGH.

HOPE THIS HELPS!!…. THIS IS MY FIRST ARTICLE, SO DON’T FORGET TO LEAVE YOUR RESPONSES AND CLAPS!
